A former Certified Public Accountant, Todd is a member of our robust Capital Markets team and provides strategic counseling to clients in a wide array of matters such as Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights, and Corporate Restructuring. Todd served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath, United States Bankruptcy Court District of Delaware. He represents debtors, creditors, committees, and other parties in restructuring matters, both in and out of court. Todd has represented clients in large Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases, including litigation arising in and out of those cases. Todd routinely provides advice on bankruptcy and other insolvency matters to various clients.
