Thomas joined the property litigation team in April 2016.

Since qualifying in 2012, Thomas has dealt with a range of commercial, civil and property disputes. The nature and subject matter of these disputes have been broad and includes claims issued through the civil courts, adjudication, the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and resolving claims through negotiation, mediation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

These include landlord and tenant matters (such as lease terminations and renewals, dilapidations, lease covenants, recovery of arrears and rent reviews) and wider property issues including easements (including rights of light, rights of access, utilities), option agreements, title issues, restrictive covenants and interpretation of contracts.
