Taylor Morrison is an accomplished civil litigation attorney who defends global clients across a diverse range of industries including insurance and consumer products. She brings extensive experience in complex commercial disputes, high-stakes tort cases, and multi-jurisdictional products liability litigation, delivering strategic counsel and vigorous advocacy at every stage of the litigation process.
Taylor’s practice focuses on mass torts and business litigation in both state and federal court. She has experience advising and defending national insurance carriers in cases involving first-party bad faith, statutory, and tort claims. Since 2017, she has been a member of more than 20 trial teams representing tobacco manufacturers in personal injury and wrongful death jury trials. Taylor’s litigation experience spans all phases of the process, including but not limited to, legal research, offensive and defensive discovery, motions practice, deposition, witness prepartion, and trial strategy.
In addition, Taylor previously served as in-house litigation counsel for a leading wholesale insurance brokerage and underwriting specialty insurance distributor, where she managed a large portfolio of litigation and errors and omissions matters across multiple companies and subsidiaries, gaining valuable insight into risk management and corporate litigation strategy
