Simon Poser focuses his practice on government and congressional investigations, complex commercial litigation, and international disputes. He has represented clients in various phases of litigation in matters before various federal courts, state courts, and specialty courts like the Court of Federal Claims.
Most recently, Simon served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sheri Polster Chappell in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to his clerkship, Simon worked as a litigation associate at another large international law firm.
During law school, Simon interned for the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, as well as for The Honorable Jason Park of the District of Columbia Superior Court and The Honorable Timothy J. Kelly of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
