Samantha became a Chartered Legal Executive in November 2013 and has over 10 years' experience working within civil litigation, insolvency and debt recovery.
Samantha is a member of the team which acts for The Insolvency Service, an executive agency of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. She acts in relation to applications for the disqualification of directors of insolvent companies under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986.
She is also part of the team that undertakes investigations into the conduct of directors of insolvent companies on behalf of The Insolvency Service.
In addition to her work for The Insolvency Service, Samantha has particular experience in relation to bankruptcy and winding up proceedings, debt and asset recovery and landlord and tenant litigation.
