Ryan Pont is a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Ryan represents clients in complex litigation, including construction and real estate disputes, and also provides legal services on matters involving product liability matters and has defended clients in personal injury, product liability, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith claims.

Ryan represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in complex construction disputes, including issues of delay, defective work, and wrongful termination. With respect to real estate disputes, Ryan represents owners in landlord-tenant disputes, forcible entry and detainer, covenants, conditions, and restrictions (“CC&Rs”), and other related issues.

In addition to his litigation work, Ryan Pont also provides transactional work for his clients, focusing on construction contracts for both owners and contractors. With his experience in litigation, Ryan understands client issues that are likely to lead to litigation and develop provisions in agreements to avoid expensive and time-consuming litigation. Ryan has provided transactional work for his clients on numerous projects from construction to reorganization of the corporate structure.

After law school, Ryan was a law clerk for the Honorable James Beene at the Arizona Court of Appeals.
