Ryan L. Gillcrist advises clients on broadband deployment, broadband and telephone regulatory issues, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Ryan analyzes legal, regulatory, and legislative telecommunications issues. Ryan regularly authors articles in the Rural Spectrum Scanner on current regulatory and legislative news affecting rural and independent communications service providers.
Ryan serves as Policy Counsel to the Rural Wireless Association, advocating for rural wireless carriers' interests on a federal legislative level as well as informing members on relevant legislative, regulatory, and industry updates on topics ranging from supplemental coverage from space to the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program.
