Richard is a Board member and partner at Womble Bond Dickinson, specialising in high-value commercial litigation. He has experience of a broad range of commercial and contentious matters including disputes arising out of complex financial products, pensions disputes, professional negligence matters, shareholder disputes and substantial multi-jurisdictional contractual claims. He also leads the firm’s contentious procurement team.

Fraud alert – scam emails and WhatsApp messages using the name of Richard Collins
We have been made aware of fraudulent emails and WhatsApp messages in which scammers are impersonating our partner, Richard Collins. These messages request payment of invoices that do not originate from this firm.
The scam emails are being sent from addresses using the domain @wbd-global.com, which is not associated with Womble Bond Dickinson.
