Ricardo Joseph is a registered patent agent who has spent more than five years specializing in organic chemistry and chemical processes. 

Ricardo has experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications directed to small molecule therapeutics and uses thereof. He regularly advises clients on intellectual property procurement and strategy and assists in conducting due diligence studies with respect to third party licensing and acquisition projects.

Prior to joining the firm, Ricardo managed a diverse patent prosecution docket of over 200 matters, including domestic and international cases.
