Philip focuses his practice on assisting businesses and individuals with a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution challenges. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with experience in cyber operations and data governance.
Prior to joining the firm, Philip served in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General Corps. Most recently, he served as counsel for an East Coast-based special operations unit, where he advised senior leaders on national security law, intelligence and cyber matters, and internal investigations.
