Patricia Vermillion serves as Deputy General Counsel and advises the firm on legal issues, including conflicts of interest, personnel issues, risk management, legal ethics and professional responsibility.
Prior to joining the firm, Patricia was Director of Conflicts and Intake Compliance at an international law firm. She was recruited to help build and revamp the business intake department. In this role, she rebranded the department, hired conflicts lawyers, conflicts analysts, and grew the conflicts staff. She also has prior experience as a conflicts attorney and a conflicts analyst.
