Nadia Darkazalli Adams is a strategic litigator who drives outstanding results for the firm’s clients in state and federal civil litigation.  Backed by years of courtroom experience and over 40 bench and jury trials, she delivers clear-cut and reliable advice at every phase of litigation.  Nadia’s current practice includes representing large and small businesses in contract, tort and consumer protection cases.  In addition to helping clients navigate their day-to-day business disputes, Nadia assists companies with employment matters ranging from wage and hour and discrimination litigation, to EEOC investigations and handbook reviews.   

Nadia’s prior experience includes the defense of national mortgage servicers, lenders, and other financial institutions in connection with consumer protection statutes, such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), California Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act (“CCRAA”), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), California Homeowner Bill of Rights (“HOBR”) and California Unfair Competition Law (“UCL”).  Additionally, Nadia has extensive experience in the prosecution and defense of real-property based suits concerning title defects, lien priority matters, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures and title coverage issues. During the course of her career, Nadia has also handled corporate internal investigations in white collar matters and healthcare billing and automobile insurance fraud investigations.

Nadia began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Massachusetts prosecuting violent crimes.  Following her time as a prosecutor, she worked in the Manhattan and Los Angeles offices of two national law firms.  She enjoys using her sense of adaptability, curiosity and determination to understand her clients’ unique business operations and provide effective solutions for the diverse issues they face.
