Morgan Johnson is a member of the firm's Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring group. Before joining the firm, Morgan worked as a Judicial Extern at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. In this role, she conducted research on substantive issues related to the Bankruptcy Code and UCC Article 9. Morgan also reviewed the feasibility of Chapter 13 repayment plans.
