Mitch Reber is an Associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. He has experience managing cases at all phases of litigation, and has represented various entities in high-stakes disputes in federal and state courts across the nation. 

Mitch has represented a variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local business and individuals. He focuses his practice on complex business litigation, commercial contract disputes, business breakups and owner disputes, construction and real estate litigation, insurance litigation, and intellectual property litigation. Mitch also has experience defending class action lawsuits.
