Michael Hall is a trademark attorney with significant experience in domestic and international clearance, prosecution, enforcement, negotiation and settlement of trademark disputes, due diligence, acquisitions and divestitures, and appeals, oppositions, and cancellations before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He has represented clients of all sizes, ranging from some of the world’s most recognizable companies to individuals just launching their business.

Michael began his legal career at the USPTO as a trademark examining attorney, where he examined thousands of applications for registrability and assisted in revamping the USPTO’s training materials for new examining attorneys.
