Marcy focuses her practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. She represents a wide range of clients, including corporate debtors, creditors' committees, purchasers, and secured and unsecured creditors. Marcy is well-versed in complex bankruptcy procedures, as well as out-of-court workouts. Her experience includes Article 9 transactions and representations of parties involved in litigation related to bankruptcy.
Marcy represents clients in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, as well as district and bankruptcy courts nationwide.
