Macy Cope

Early in her career, Macy provided onsite legal support to a major manufacturing operation, where she partnered closely with business leaders on day to day legal issues. In that role, she collaborated with internal stakeholders, supported the negotiation of supplier agreements, and provided research and guidance on employment and compliance topics. She has worked on a broad range of litigation matters, gaining firsthand experience with complex, high-stakes disputes.

In her current practice, Macy balances a diverse workload that spans litigation, employment counseling, and day to day legal support. She serves as a case leader on large volume product liability matters, managing strategy and execution while coordinating with internal and external parties. She also supports a range of organizations with the development and refinement of workplace policies, employee handbooks, and training materials.
