Louise is a partner in our General Counsel Team.
She is responsible for devising and communicating our internal policies and procedures and related training to support the firm's risk strategy, to ensure consistently excellent service standards, compliance with our regulatory obligations and to promote and share best practice.
Louise trained with the firm and prior to her current role she specialised in employment law advising predominantly employer clients on a full range of employment issues including contracts, policies and procedures, employee relations, business transfers and tribunal advocacy.
