Khaled is highly regarded by both his clients and peers for his exceptional courtroom skills. With over 22 years of experience, Khaled has successfully tried more than 40 high-stakes cases as lead counsel across the United States. His practice covers a wide range of complex litigation areas, including toxic torts, product liability, employment law, and sexual battery. 

Khaled has a distinguished track record in litigating toxic tort and mass tort cases on behalf of major corporations. He has served as both national coordinating counsel and trial counsel, defending asbestos litigation nationwide. 

In addition to his work in toxic torts, Khaled has extensive experience advising and defending employers of all sizes across California on employment-related issues. He also represents landowners, developers, and contractors in a variety of real estate/construction litigation matters.

Khaled received his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and his B.A. from San Francisco State University. Khaled is admitted to practice in California and Hawaii.
