Katie deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters from individual sales and purchases to residential investment portfolio acquisitions and disposals. She has experience in purchasing tenanted properties and also advises on a wide range of property management matters.
Katie acts on a variety of landlord and tenant matters including both statutory and voluntary lease extensions.
She regularly acts for insolvency practitioners disposing of both individual units and blocks either at auction or by way of private treaty sales. Katie has particular expertise in dealing with freehold block sales and advising on the procedures relating to tenants’ rights of first refusal set out in the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.
