Katie Greffet focuses on defending companies in complex matters of product and premises liability, including toxic tort cases involving claimed exposure to asbestos and talc. She has represented corporate defendants such as premise owners, contractors, suppliers and product manufacturers across a wide range of industries, including construction materials, cosmetics, plastic compounds, industrial process equipment, and heavy machinery.
Katie is involved in every aspect of litigation at both a local and national level, from initial case assessment through trial. As national coordinating counsel, Katie’s comprehensive knowledge and creative approach assists her clients in development of expert and national defense strategy. Locally, she has successfully managed dockets of mass tort cases, often obtaining dismissals in the earliest stages of litigation.
