Katerina is a commercial litigator with a focus on complex business disputes. Her practice includes construction and real estate litigation, bankruptcy-adjacent commercial matters, and other high-stakes disputes litigated in state and federal courts. She regularly handles contract-driven disputes involving owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and related business entities.
Katerina handles matters from early case strategy and dispositive motion practice through evidentiary proceedings and negotiated resolutions. Her experience includes multi-party disputes, complex contractual arrangements, and matters involving significant damages exposure, with an emphasis on efficient and strategic resolution.
Katerina's pro bono service includes representation of asylum-seekers through partnership with the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project.
Outside of her legal practice, she is an avid supporter of the performing arts and arts education. Before attending law school, Katerina served for two years with Teach for America as a middle-school mathematics teacher in South Phoenix.
