As a Technical Advisor, Josh focuses his practice on patent prosecution in the software sector and uses his technical expertise to guide and support his clients’ intellectual property goals
Prior to working in IP, Josh worked as a computational physicist for a defense contractor, specializing in development of reflection models for high energy laser applications for the Department of Defense. As a postdoctoral fellow, Josh was involved in the development of atomistic methods and models for transition metals for use in applications for the defense and aerospace sectors. As a research assistant, Josh focused on the study of quantum mechanics and deformation in chemical systems and bulk materials.
