Clients in the finance world rely on Jill to get their deals done. Practical and efficient, clients turn to Jill to help them balance the needs of their business lines with the legal mitigation of risk.

Jill’s practice encompasses nearly every aspect of personal property financing transactions, both domestic and cross-border, and over the course of her career she has represented lessors, lenders, lessees, borrowers, and credit support providers, as well as government-related entities and development finance institutions, giving her important insights into the needs of each of the parties to a transaction. She has extensive experience in big-ticket and middle market transactions.

Jill has developed market standard lease documentation for bank lessors as well as financing templates for development finance institutions. Before moving to DC, Jill practiced for most of her career with international law firms in New York and London.
