Jess is a member of WBD InHouse, our flexible, scalable resourcing team supporting clients with experienced in‑house lawyers. Jess is a generalist commercial lawyer with experience across both private practice and in‑house roles, bringing a pragmatic, business‑focused approach to delivery.
She advises on the full range of commercial contracts from both supplier and customer perspectives, including outsourcing agreements, master services agreements, terms and conditions for the supply of goods and/or services, distribution agreements, SaaS terms, consultancy agreements and website terms and conditions. Jess also supports clients with negotiation strategy, playbooks, and practical risk management ensuring deals move forward while protecting key commercial objectives.
Her sector experience includes working with established organisations and start-ups, with particular depth in telecommunications, property, and financial services. Jess is accustomed to working at pace, integrating seamlessly with client teams, and collaborating with subject-matter experts to deliver clear, actionable advice.
