
Howard King is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities group, and his practice covers a broad range of complex domestic and international M&A and debt financing transactions. Howard regularly represents multinational companies, private equity investors, and public and private companies with respect to general corporate and transactional matters. Howard is known as a problem solver and creative thinker who serves as a trusted advisor to his clients.
Most recently, Howard has been assisting domestic and international borrowers and other stakeholders with navigating the intricacies of the Paycheck Protection Program, the Main Street Lending Program and other COVID-19 related matters. He is dedicated to making these programs and related legislation changes more digestible so they can be quickly and easily understood and utilized by the companies that need them.
Howard has substantial experience with transactional and advisory matters for clients across many industry sectors, including technology, manufacturing, transportation and financial services. With previous experience as in-house counsel for one of the world’s largest trade and logistics companies, he has a firsthand appreciation for how legal outcomes can impact every part of a business. Howard’s breadth of experience allows him to understand his clients’ need for effective, practical advice and cost-effective yet high-quality service.
