Harrison Barr focuses his practice on real estate finance. He has experience supporting transactions involving credit facilities, debt, mezzanine and mortgage lending, leasing, acquisitions, and commercial sales.
Prior to joining the firm, Harrison served as a legal counsel for Vantage Group. In this role he drafted and negotiated real estate, commercial, construction, and aviation contracts for major airport redevelopment projects (including JFK Terminals 6/7), covering airside/landside construction, terminal operations, design-build agreements, lease and sublease agreements, operating agreements, and NDAs.
Harrison is also a commercial pilot who formally flew corporate aircraft throughout North America, bringing a practical, operations-focused perspective to his transactional legal practice.
