Harriet advises clients on a range of employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. She defends employers responding to charges of discrimination and in employment litigation. Harriet also focuses on legal risk management, helping employers - including those in the manufacturing, retail, shipping, health care, hospitality, and nonprofit industries - implement proactive policies and procedures.
Prior to her legal career, Harriet was an Emmy Award-winning broadcast news producer.
