Haaris joined the firm in January of 2026 in the Corporate Finance & Tax team.
He assists in all aspects of corporate transactional work including M&A, private equity, reorganisations and general company law and governance matters.
His responsibilities span drafting agreements, conducting due diligence and assisting with the Company Secretarial team to help deliver comprehensive legal support.
