Grace Hearn is a verstile environmental attorney with experience advising clients on a wide range of environmental matters, both domestically and internationally. She assists clients in identifying and managing environmental risks, liabilities, and obligations related to complex business transactions,operations, and proposed developments.

Grace also has experience representing defending clients in both environmental, health, and safety enforcement actions and litigation related to environmental and toxic tort issues.

Further, Grace is a Secretary of the Interior-qualified architectural historian. In addition to her legal experience, Grace uses her architectural historian and preservation experience to assist clients in navigating cultural resource issues and obligations.
