He provides strategic advice on a range of complex issues for defined benefit, hybrid and defined contribution schemes. He has particular expertise advising on scheme funding and de-risking strategies, security arrangements and pension scheme restructuring across a number of sectors.
Gavin is insightful, pragmatic and particularly skilled at finding solutions which strike the middle ground between trustees’ and employers’ interests.
