Fred Irving is a transactional attorney in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group. His practice focuses on commercial lending, banking transactions and other business and commercial transactions. He has gained valuable experience in the field by representing financial institutions, non-bank lenders and borrowers in both domestic and cross-border financings, including secured and unsecured syndicated and bilateral facilities.
Fred has particular experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lending documentation in connection with financing transactions as well as coordinating with corporate, intellectual property, real estate, environmental, regulatory, and other practice areas to support acquisition financings.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Fred served as a Secondary Spanish Teacher for Teach for America.
