Emmett Whelan is a valued member of the firm's Business Litigation group. He focuses his practice on assisting individuals and businesses with a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution challenges.
Before joining Womble, Emmett worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Kenneth D. Bell at the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. During this time, he gained valuable trial experience managing multiple civil jury trials and complex criminal trials on behalf of the court.
