Emily Harrison is a transactional attorney focusing her practice on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters for a wide range of companies across a variety of industries. In her role as an attorney, she provides comprehensive guidance and services to help clients navigate the legal aspects of doing business, such as entity formation, contract negotiations, corporate governance matters, and equity issuances. 

In particular, Emily’s experience with commercial contracts runs deep, as she has drafted and negotiated countless agreements for both providers and customers covering a variety of needs. She has guided clients through all various types of commercial agreements, including contracts for professional services, the purchase and sale of goods, consulting and contractor arrangements, intellectual property licenses, and software as a service (SaaS).
