Ellie sits in the Real Estate team in the Legal Solutions Centre (LSC). Before joining the LSC, Ellie has completed her Law Degree in which between Year 2 and 3 she undertook a placement year. Ellie did her placement at RWK Goodman working in the Commercial Real Estate team. This provided her with valuable knowledge and skills that she will carry over into her role as a Paralegal in the LSC team.
The LSC Real Estate team deal with several matters such as volume and ad-hoc real estate projects, document production through to completion of planning infrastructure adoption agreements (S104, S38, S278, leases and deeds of grant). They also undertake post completion services including SDLT calculations and returns, Land Registry applications (bulk and ad-hoc), pre-completion searches, first registrations, RXCs and load redemptions.
