Elizabeth Tingen is a member of the Tort Solutions team and focuses her practice on representing manufacturers in defending motor vehicle warranty, contract, and negligence claims. Elizabeth has extensive experience with a full-range of litigation, from motions practice to discovery to trial.
Before joining the firm, Elizabeth worked at a law firm based in Irvine, California that specializes in handling automobile damage, commercial general liability, construction defect, professional liability, and personal injury liability.
Throughout her law school career, Elizabeth served as a law clerk in several litigation firms, gaining experience in criminal law, personal injury law, and insurance coverage litigation.
