A member of the Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring team, Elizabeth represents borrowers and lenders in complex financing transactions. Her experience spans corporate finance, cross-border finance, and real estate finance. Elizabeth regularly represents development finance institutions in international financing transactions, particularly within emerging markets, across a variety of sectors. She also regularly assists corporate clients with their supply of goods and services, non-disclosure agreements, and other complex procurement needs.
Elizabeth also has experience advising clients on healthcare regulatory compliance matters, including Stark and the Anti-Kickback Statute.
