Dominic is a member of the firm’s IP Transactions, FinTech, and Privacy and Cybersecurity practices. Dominic advises clients on international and domestic data privacy laws, and navigating open source issues .  He also drafts and reviews Software as a Service agreements, privacy policies, terms of use, and licensing contracts. He is responsible for maintaining statedatauselaw.com which tracks all state affirmative data obligation imposing legislation, regulation, and laws. He is a frequent contributor to Womble’s technology blog, HeyDataData.com on topics related to data privacy and cybersecurity.
