Dominic is a member of the firm’s IP Transactions, FinTech, and Privacy and Cybersecurity practices. Dominic advises clients on international and domestic data privacy laws, and navigating open source issues.  He also drafts and reviews Software as a Service agreements, privacy policies, terms of use, and licensing contracts. He is responsible for maintaining statedatauselaw.com which tracks all state affirmative data obligation imposing legislation, regulation, and laws. He is a frequent contributor to Womble’s technology blog, HeyDataData.com on topics related to data privacy and cybersecurity.
