Danya Nayfeh is a member of the firm's Tort Solutions team, where she focuses on complex legal matters. 

Before joining Womble, Danya worked as a Staff Attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina, where she was committed to advocating for tenant rights in Mecklenburg County. She specialized in private landlord disputes, affordable housing issues, and Fair Housing complaints, managing a diverse caseload independently and employing a strategic approach to litigation.

Prior to beginning her domestic practice, she specialized in international human rights and humanitarian law and has experience working to oppose a wide variety of rights violations around the world.
