Dannielle sees civil procedure as a tactical tool to be used to the maximum benefit of the firm’s clients. For nearly two decades, Dannielle’s practice has focused on providing discovery solutions and managing e-discovery for clients in complex product liability and mass tort litigation, particularly in cases involving the tobacco industry. She also handles personnel matters, employment cases, settlement compliance, and FDA compliance. In addition, Dannielle works on cases involving privilege issues and marketing compliance for multiple clients.

Prior to joining Womble Bond Dickinson, Dannielle was a McMillan Fellow who clerked for the Honorable Shirley L. Fulton. Before her career in law, Dannielle was a licensed property and casualty insurance agent in the state of Florida.
