Daniel Kelley focuses his practice on defending premises owners, manufacturers, and distributors in complex litigation cases. He has experience handling mass torts, product liability, toxic exposures, and environmental liability cases. He also has experience handling class actions, contract disputes, employment claims, and intellectual property cases. Daniel is involved in all phases of litigation, from conducting legal research and strategy to participating in discovery, drafting motions, and preparing for trial.
During his time in law school, Daniel served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Donald Wilkerson in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. He also worked as an extern in the government affairs division of the Missouri Attorney General's Office.
