Charlotte's role involves leading on WBD's Responsible Business activities and coordinating the various efforts across the firm.
She is responsible for responding to client requests, sustainability questionnaires and WBD's EcoVadis submission each year (of which we have risen from Bronze to Gold Award).
She also leads our community engagement activity which includes fundraising, pro bono, volunteering, supporting our WBD Foundation and match funding.
Charlotte understands that creating a strong and impactful programme is essential for WBD to make a tangible difference in our communities, and to our colleagues and clients. Through setting the strategy and integrating responsible business across the firm, she believes we can all work together for people and planet.
