Caitlin T. Augerson uses her litigation experience to help clients achieve their goals, whether in the courtroom or in negotiations. 

Caitlin focuses her practice on mass torts and products liability litigation, including high-stakes multi-district litigation, insurance defense, construction defects, and local government defense. Her contract and commercial tort experience includes defending insurance companies in actions alleging fraud, bad faith, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. 

Clients who hire Caitlin know they are getting a determined advisor, who will work tirelessly to achieve her client’s needs. Caitlin is as comfortable in court as she is in leveraging her client’s abilities for a successful settlement negotiation. 

Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin worked for a biotech company in the life sciences industry in the women’s health, human resources, and legal departments.
