Brad has over 15 years of experience representing the interests of North Carolina counties and Sheriffs and their respective employees, deputies, agents and representatives in federal and state courts and forums. Brad provides unbounded commitment and dedication to personal attention and service for his clients.

Brad combines a deep respect and consideration for the difficult duties, responsibilities and challenges his clients undertake on a daily basis with a skilled understanding of the intricacies of civil rights litigation in order to reach just and efficient results and solutions to what are often very complex and emotional situations.

Currently holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Brad has served for over 22 years in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in both the Active and Reserve components, completing deployments to Iraq and Bosnia-Herzegovina and an overseas tour of duty in the Federal Republic of Germany. Currently serving as the Deputy Commander of the 134th Legal Operations Detachment, Brad has held a number of varied and challenging assignments over his military career.
