Josiah assists domestic and international clients in the energy and natural resources industry with a range of corporate transactions, including the drafting of purchase option agreements, supply agreements, and other transactional documents. His experience also encompasses the regulatory and legal frameworks governing resource development, including securitization issues across state, federal, and tribal jurisdictions, as well as matters involving engagement with state and federal agencies.
Before joining the firm, Josiah served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Charlotte N. Sweeney of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and for the Honorable Jon J. Olafson of the Colorado District Court, 2nd Judicial District. He also brings public and private sector experience from Washington D.C., having worked in the U.S. House of Representatives and for a lobbying firm on K Street.
