Matthew Montoya advises companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, venture capital financing, strategic growth, and corporate structure and governance. He has experience counseling companies and private equity sponsors across a range of industries on complex mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Matthew was a corporate associate at a national law firm. He also served as a judical extern for the Honorable Judge John L. Kane in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Matthew enjoys exploring the great outdoors, landscape and wildlife photography, and volunteering for youth development organizations.
