After 30 years as a successful insolvency lawyer, specialising in investigative work, civil fraud, and related regulatory action, Sally was appointed as our first Partner Lead for Responsible Business in 2024.
Sally has been active in the firm's responsible business agenda for many years, as trustee and chair of our Charitable Foundation, Community Engagement Lead, ally to our employee networks, Disability and Neurodiversity Champion, Menopause Champion, Mental Health First Aider, and more recently trained as a Grief First Aider. In her new role, Sally's focus is exclusively on responsible business.
Sally has been a catalyst for positive change and brings her passion, expertise and extensive knowledge of the business to the strategic alignment of the environmental, social, and governance strands of our responsible business agenda. She works closely with the Board and leadership teams, as well as the wider business, driving delivery of our core objective to lead the way on responsible business and build an ever more sustainable, inclusive and progressive business. Sally also chairs our Responsible Business Steering Group.
