Pang Zhang-Whitaker is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group and Chair of the Firm’s Capital Markets and Securities Practice – Asia Pacific.  She leads multidisciplinary teams in assisting clients with Asia-Pacific connections through a wide range of corporate and securities, dispute resolution, and estate planning matters in the U.S.

As a trusted adviser to international and domestic clients involved in complex, cross-border transactions and disputes, she is known for the depth and range of her experience, and for her ability to identify issues her clients may not have anticipated, particularly those navigating U.S. legal and business matters from overseas.
