Brian Fink advises depository and non-depository financial institutions nationwide on compliance, regulatory, and government investigation matters. He focuses on lending, counseling clients on a range of products, including consumer installment, credit card, payday, auto, and mortgage loans.

Brian brings a unique perspective from his extensive background in both government and financial services. Prior to entering private practice, he served in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Office of Supervision Policy as a supervisory analyst, attorney advisor, and program manager, and at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors as a supervisory analyst. Brian has also held senior compliance and legal roles in banking, including vice president and associate general counsel at M&T Bank supporting its consumer lending division, and vice president and compliance, BSA, and CRA officer at First National Bank of Pennsylvania.  

These roles give him deep insight into the regulation of financial products and services and the supervision of financial services companies.  

With both a J.D. and an M.B.A., Brian combines legal acumen with practical business insight, helping clients navigate regulatory challenges while advancing their strategic goals, from launching new products to managing risk effectively.
