As part of the firm’s General Counsel’s Office, Abdellah Benadada works as Legal Conflicts Counsel and supports the firm’s ethics and professional responsibility efforts. Abdellah advises the firm on legal issues involving conflicts of interest in the course of client representation and lateral and personnel hiring.
Prior to joining the firm, Abdellah worked for Fannie Mae where he oversaw the intake and resolution of ethics matters, conducted risk analysis, acted as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, and supported program outreach and conflict of interest disclosures. Before Fannie Mae, Abdellah represented both private sector and federal government employees in employment-related litigation, ranging from discrimination to wage and hour disputes.
